How often do you review your playing statistics?
Best way is to keep records. Just make sure the samples are large enough. If you're online and you care about your results then a tracker is your best bet. So HM3/PT4/Hand2Note etc- BenMachineSmith

Should casinos ban phones at the table entirely?
I think in most scenarios phones should be banned as they are already(streamers, first timers etc should get more leeway). Rules are there for a reason. Stops any potential collusion as well.- BenMachineSmith
