People that talk too much are generally insecure and I see such people like people that generally lack restraint. When you are silent in a situation, it gives you the leverage to process the situation so that you make the right decisions and say the right things.- Fidelia

Why is it that a lot of people are uncomfortable with change
Humans love when there is predictability. Because to them, predictability seems to assure of safety. Change seems to alter predictability and that somehow signals absence of safety to a typical human.- Fidelia

Does home-field advantage matter as much as it used to?
Look at the United States and Canada beating teams that are far superior to them in football simply because they have home support. Home advantage gives some psychological boost to teams.- Fidelia

Will you be surprised if Carrick doesn’t become the Manchester United permanent coach?
He has already been given a permanent role. But I would have been very surprised if he didn't get the role. If they could give Amorim another season after that 15th place finish, it would have been criminal not to give Carrick a permanent role after all he has achieved.- Fidelia

What is the best sports team ever?
I think the Manchester United team that won the champions league in 2008 was the best European football team I have witnessed with my two eyes. That team was balanced from defence to attack. No wonder they won a treble.- Fidelia

Which team is the most disappointing this season?
The most disappointing team in the just concluded European football season was Chelsea FC. For a big team of their status, going five consecutive matches without a goal and finally finising 10th on the table is really disappointing.- Fidelia

Have Real Madrid's decline watered-down the El Classico?
El Classico is still the biggest derby in club football. Just that the intensity has dropped a little bit. But I think it would pick up again from next season as Madrid has signed fighter players into the squad.- Fidelia
