Generally cash is a bit more profitable. Reason being is you have more in your control. Also you are generally deeper stacked(aka larger edges). You choose the table, you choose the seat, you choose your breaks, you choose the length of your session, there are also more cash game hours...

Technically 6 max has higher winrates. Highest win rates are HU games. But the theory is; the more short handed a game is, the better. This is due to the fact you have to play more hands versus your opponents. Plus as an added bonus if a 9 handed game starts to break, you are best prepared 👌...
