If you ask me, I’m definitely rooting for Argentina again. Those guys just have that winning spirit. But deep down, I’m hoping one African team or one underdog will shock everybody next time. Imagine a country who has never won it before lifting that cup, it would be so interesting.

It is not easy to make such prediction. But countries like Brazil and Germany are always strong. But to be honest, I'm actually hoping that the African team will surprise everybody in this coming World Cup. They have the talent but sometimes luck is against them.

There's no way it's going to be practically possible to know which country is going to win the next world cup. Even the number one ranked team in the world doesn't give any guarantee of the winner.

The one in 2026 is going to be quite competitive. A total of 48 teams competing for one trophy will come up with lots of surprises at the end of the tournament.

Haven't it always been the same thing with the previous World Cup tournaments? It's never easy unless FIFA decides to push a country to win it like they did last time with Argentina.

I can't say that making a prediction would be possible, as the World Cup is always so unpredictable. I know that I would love to see England do well and possibly even win it. We have not won a World Cup since 196,6 and I would love to see the England Team achieve this goal :)

England seem to be playing well at the moment, especially in the qualifiers, so fingers crossed for the World Cup next year :)

This is a very tough call to make. England with Tuchel can just overcome their demons and win the world cup this time. Brazil wants to show that they are still a football powerhouse. And I can't write off Morocco with the good football they have been playing. What I sure know is that it would be a very interesting world cup.

Not sure who would win, but I just hope they make an exciting game to watch :)

It's unpredictable with World Cup tournaments but I'm sure it's going to be among Germany, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, France and England that might win it.

Well, the thing is that England has always done well when it comes to the qualifiers. Their issue in major football tournaments is getting serious with their style of play when it matters. I am backing the likes of Kane, Rashford and others in the team to do well in next year's World Cup, but they need to defend better mainly in the knockout stages.

I completely agree with you. It is like they suddenly lose their way when it comes to major tournaments and fall apart. It is always frustrating watching them in these tournaments as a fan and seeing them fall apart and lose their way with a strategy and plan in place, only to miss out with a silly mistake.
