When it comes to funding your account, do you feel safe to use credit cards? In case you are already using credit card, have you encountered any issues, for instance fraud or unauthorized transactions. Frankly speaking, I don't feel safe to use credit cards online, at least not on gambling sites. I always fund my online wallets and use online wallets to fund my accounts on various gambling site.

I won't lie, sometimes it feel very risky. But if you are so careful with your details and you don't use the public WiFi, it's okay. I try use card mainly for trusted sites. But, I still prefer mobile money or bank transfer morel just to be safe.

Yes, I feel safe using a credit card because I have a bank account that I set aside for just poker winnings. Another thing that I also do is that I play on secure poker sites that have made a name over a period which means I have less to worry about in terms of the safety of online bank transactions.

Honestly, I don't have a credit card at all for any kind of transactions. I don't like using credit card, it's why I'm using debit card. I would use my debit card to fund my account but it's better to use cryptocurrency because it's a lot easier.

I don't currently have a credit card, but if I did, I wouldn't feel safe using it on poker sites. I think that with a credit card, you have access to whatever amount you were able to get, and if you start getting a little too carried away with poker, you could end up spending way too much without realising.

I would much rather just use my debit card and have a set amount each week I will put into my account.

The only problem with making use of credit card is overspending. If someone who is using credit card doesn't know how to curtail their excessive spending, it's going to have them piling up so many debt to clear.

The ease of funding the account is surely going to make more poker players spend more when they don't have the discipline to manage their expenses. So, it is a challenge when it comes to using credit cards as a means of funding poker accounts.

This is true. Having a huge amount of money you can just use freely on a credit card and also on gambling is a huge issue if you do not have the willpower to stop yourself when you start to lose often. That thought of "just one more" can turn into way too many more and a huge debt needing to pay off credit card bills.

For that reason of losing control of what and how I behave when I have my credit card linked to my poker account, I have decided to remove it. Most times, the mental calculations is not worth it for me.
