Wow, that's interesting. In our place they do not allow any kind of card games, including poker, in the campus. They sometimes allow lotto or bingo but prohibit all sorts of gambling activities.

That's Nepal. Gambling is altogether illegal. However, there are casinos and only foreigners are allowed to enter casinos. Gambling brings a lot of revenue but they only allow foreigners to play.
