I'm not a cash game player, but I've done okay when I have dabbled in playing cash games. If you're new I suggest sticking to low/micro stakes until your comfortably crushing those levels before moving up.

If you're nervous about losing your bankroll, the stakes you're playing are too high.

What advice do you have for new players wanting to play cash games?

Bankroll discipline is everything. Many beginners jump into high stakes because they want quick wins, then panic after losing a few hands. Start small and learn as you go.

I used to play a lot of cash games in the past and one major mistake I made was chasing losses. If I lost x amount, I would try to recover that when I played next time, only to lose more money. Never chase your losses.
