Generally, combat sports are dangerous but there are some of them which happens to be more dangerous than the rest. Boxing, Muay Thai, Bull riding, Mountaineering, Helicopter skiing, Cliff jumping and many more are very dangerous exercise.

Which one is the most dangerous sports to you?

Idk if you will class this as dangerous but I love ice hockey when they are fighting with each other but boxing can be dangerous because tooo many blows to the head can give you Brain damage or some sort of problems if you keep getting blows to the head

I think base Jumping stands out as the most hazardous. The combination of high-speed falls and equipment malfunction risks makes it exceptionally dangerous.

The most dangerous? I would say roofing. That's the objective of climbing skyscrapers, cranes, etc., without a safety harness. You'd be more likely to die than get hurt doing that. Secondly, maybe parkour, but it seems that those guy's bones get denser and denser as they progress to where if a normal person made a jump like that, it'd probably snap them like a twig.

If we're talking legitimate sports, you're probably going to walk out of the ring more injured (bloody wise) with what @Bawse mentioned with bare-knuckle fighting or MMA.

Boxing is also pretty dangerous as it is repetitive head punishment.

If you are strictly talking about sports, then I would say that boxing, wrestling, MMA, etc are all quite dangerous. Swimming could also be considered dangerous if you do not know how to swim properly.

I don't think that climbing skyscrapers, cranes and etc without a safety harness is ever considered a sports anywhere in the world with the key point - "without a safety harness". No sports body would ever approve such as a competitive sports because in every sports, they always make provision for safety of participants.
