United kingdom is the country that have highest number of gamblers especially in sports related gambling like football betting. About 1/3 of every British adults are chronic gamblers. In every ten British women, about two are chronic gamblers. In Britain, gambling is fun and will ever be. Another country that have high number of gamblers is Spain.

I think the UK has a very high number of gamblers. You see people from every walk of life gamble proudly in UK. Their gambling industry is highly regulated and very much thriving plus there is no social stigma to gambling over there.

UK could lead but Nigeria also competes well because everywhere you turn, it's a betting shop. Yesterday, I was passing through a street and it had like 3 shops back to back. With unemployment rate and pressure in the country, people find chances in doubling their money.
