Do you look for deposit bonuses when making a deposit on poker sites?

Deposit bonus is one of the major attractions for me to join a poker site or any other gambling site. However, I don't join just because there is a bonus being offered. I also check whether it is licensed or not where it has received bad rap or not.

Bonus is quite interesting but it could be a trap sometimes If you see 100% bonus, you would jump on it, later you would see the wagering requirements that is hard to achieve. This is exactly why I stopped chasing every promo. If the platform is not solid, the bonus won't save you.

Deposit bonuses are usually tied to a rake requirement and released in increments as you play.

I agree they can be difficult to clear, but they’re still a nice added value if you plan on grinding consistently. Some sites also offer tournament tickets or other rewards for your first deposit.

I’ve also signed up for poker sites in the past that offered no deposit bonuses, and gave you free funds for signing up, usually with a minimum rake requirement before you can withdraw.
