Normally, I have difficulty with sleeping but it's not because of playing poker. I've never been affected by losing series of poking playing session to cause me losing my sleep. This might be a problem for others but not me.

Does losing a playing session affect your sleep?

I've never lost sleep over poker other than staying up for playing too long. I've fell asleep during some smaller buy-ins playing drunk and stoned. 😆

There's been a few times in the past where I got really mad playing poker, but nothing I lost sleep over.

I've grumbled over some card games before going to bed, so I try not to play anything before heading off to sleep.

Nope, it has never happened to me before. Losing has never for once to interferred with my sleep.

I have experienced this kind of situation before. Defeats cause me to lose sleep as I continue to question my earlier choices. I manage these annoying thoughts by making an effort to empty my thoughts before going to sleep.

No! I have never experienced such. In all my poker games experience, i never feel upset after playing poker for once because i don't play cash games for now . Am still amateur, am still learning.

I had some nights when I couldn't sleep when I lost significant money. It is expected to feel frustrated if one lose money.

This is the same with me. I can't dare to lose sleep because of a game. It doesn't make any sense to me at all. I would rather enjoy my sleep while I continue ranting about a loss once I wake up. There is no point in losing sleep when I can rant about it before sleeping or do so after sleeping.

Thankfully this hasn't happened to me yet. I haven't lost a lot of money while playing poker or even gambling

This has happened to me a couple of times but that wasn't due to losing in poker but losing in casino games. I started with $100 and I lose all in a single session. It was so disturbing that I lost sleep

This has happened to me a couple of times. My entire bankroll was gone in a single session. I lost my sleep. However, thankfully I didn't to foolish things like chasing losses. I took a break for few weeeks
