Players talk about “tight” and “loose” table images, but many people underestimate how strongly others react to them. Have you ever won hands simply because opponents assumed something about your style? Can managing your image matter more than the actual cards in certain games?

In poker, table image matters because it shapes how often people call or fold against you. If I’ve been playing tight, I can sometimes get more folds when I bluff. But I don’t try to “perform” a style, I just let it build naturally from how I’m actually playing.
