What will smartphones look like in 10 years?

We already have foldable smart phones. How do you think smart phones will look in the next 10 years?

I honestly did not expect to see foldable touch screen smartphones already, but we now have them. I will admit, when I see foldable touch screen smartphones, I do wonder how they do not break the screen. I have heard that they do cause a fold across the screen, though.

Thinking about what we might see smartphones might look like in 10 years, I am not sure I could even predict what we may see. What smartphones can do now is amazing, and I can only imagine just what smartphones that fit in our pockets and bags could do in so many years.

In 10 years phones will even turn into something that we will not be holding. They will just wear it like glasses or implant it. I remember when the touch screen first came out, everybody was shocked.

I think smartphone will be AR and VR thing in 10 years.

Am not sure what smartphones would look like in the future, but we might have some sort of visual world where it feels like you are actually in the digital world.

Well, if you look back, the smart phones haven't changed much in terms of look in the last 10 years. Sure we have foldable phones but apart from foldable feature, they look pretty same. I do not think smartphone will look anything different from today, but sure they will have a lot of features.

In 10 years, I think smartphones will feel less like “devices you hold” and more like constant assistants around you. Screens may still exist, but they might be wearable.

I also expect a big shift toward voice and AI-first interaction, where you don’t open apps as much, you just ask for things and the phone handles it in the background.

Probably look like some kind of wristwatch with a hover display.

Wouldn't it be cool to be able to send a text, phone someone or do other tasks just by thinking. Like it would take your thoughts and do what you want without you having to use your phone. Y
