What did you want to be when you grew up?

Did you end up doing what you dreamed of? Why or why not?

I wanted to be the best hockey player in the world, and play in the NHL.

I stopped playing hockey when I moved to a new city when I was 13.

When I was in my high school I wanted to become an economist. I went to college studying economy, finance, and investment. But in the mean time I also published a book, and when I was appreciated, I dreamed about becoming a writer. Now, I am a writer.

I wanted to be a video game tester. Once I heard you could get paid to play games all day, that was my dream job! Then I got older and I realized what tester have to do, and how some companies treated them back in the day and I no longer wanted to be a game tester.

I so much wanted to be a Navy seal from my childhood. I haven't been able to achieve that yet but I'm not ruling anything out yet. I'm still working towards it.

I'm still keeping my childhood dream alive. I have always wanted to be a pilot and it is yet to come alive. So hopefully in few years I should have accomplished it.

I wanted to be a pilot that time. I was even drawing planes in my notebook everywhere. Fast forward now, see me hustling online finding a steady income. Dreams change when reality enters. But I’m trying to pursue a better life.

I wanted to be a construction worker because I was always vastly amazed by construction equipment and its capabilities. I've only been in the retail and food industry. I have little experience elsewhere. I never even tried to become a construction worker, and I'm not sure if I could handle the heat in Texas.

Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher, and when I left school, I did end up going to college and taking a course in childcare and education which allowed me to have work placements in both a playgroup and also a nursery as well as a junior school as well, but due to my health, I had to change what I wanted to do for a living.

I was interested in game design as well. I used to mess around with UDK and CryEngine for a while, following some tutorials, but eventually I gave it up to pursue other ventures.

Have you seen the movie Grandmas Boy?

While growing up, i wanted to be a engineer, but overtime it turns out i was not that good in calculations and other science subjects, so i had to switch to something else.

I wanted to be a professional baseball player when I was a kid, and no, I did not end up doing what I dreamed of.

I stopped playing baseball due to unseen cirumstances.

After that, I became a webmaster, and that became my new dream after I played baseball.
