I don't multi task while playing poker online. Sometimes I play music in the background but I don't get involved in other activities like watching movies, playing games, watching sports, or even doing chores.

If there is serious money involved, I don't multitask too much. The music can be very low on the background but thats about all. once I start watching football or replying many chats, I would make costly mistakes
