What do you do if you're tired or distracted but still want to play?

If my head is full, I rather not play. Poker punishes distraction so fast. When you're tired every decision starts looking the same and before you know realise, your bankroll has greatly reduced.

I usually register regardless of whether I’m going to be distracted or not at these micro prices it’s not like it’s going to cause a big dentin my bankroll.Also if its a NLH i’m not in a rush to get in it anyways it can play out with me no big loss especially since there’s no leaderboard this month lol
Shark Tank games are going to be a different story.
With today being one of those very distracting days I still managed to hang in there, and I am happy with that.

A lot of players do that at micro stakes. However, if you can’t afford to reload and you’re playing with a smaller bankroll, I think it’s important to always bring your A-game.
