I think it's extremely important. When I know I'm playing within my bankroll, it's much easier to stay calm and make rational decisions. Worrying about the money can affect your judgment, so having a proper bankroll takes a lot of unnecessary pressure off.

It's very important. When I know the money on the table is well within my bankroll, I can focus on making good decisions instead of worrying about the outcome. That takes a lot of stress out of the game and helps me stay patient and disciplined.
 
If you have a big bankroll, it gives you confidence, you do not have to overthink to make a decision, especially while staking. Small bankroll makes you cautious and you and puts you into a lot of stressful conditions.
 
Yes, bankroll management is not just to protect your money, it protects your sanity too. when you know that one bad session will not finish everything, you would relax more and stop forcing risky plays.
