How do you manage your bankroll when you play cash games? Is there any difference to applying bankroll management from tournaments when you play cash?

Any good books for cash game bankroll management? Which ones do you recommend?

Cash games can be very tempting because you can reload anytime.. I treat cash games differently because swings can come faster than expected especially if you get emotional. Once i notice that I am forcing myself to play instead of waiting for good spots, i just close everything.
