What's the Most Underrated Food?

For me, the most underrated food is eba. Many people overlook it because it's too simple to prepare, but it's one of the best food you can have. And when you combined it with a good soup, the feeling is great.

I would say Kiwi and Liver. They are both considered super foods and provide a lot of daily vitamins that your body needs.

Fried Liver can be a bit nasty, but it is worth it to eat.
