Who's the oldest person you know still playing poker?
I'm talking about those whom you read or see online that are still playing poker, I'm referring to someone whom you know in person and probably played with in person that is old but never want to stop playing. How old is the person currently? Are you impressed with how good he or she can still play at such old age?
Who's the oldest person you know still playing poker?
I don't know him personally, and he hasn't played online in a few months. I hope he's doing okay, and that would be Markie on DarkSidePoker. I remember him telling me in the game chat when he turned 70 years old.
I heard a story of Joe who plays poker games regularly at eighty-two years of age. I still believe that age should not be a restriction to playing poker.
The oldest I know personally thats still plays poker would be one of my Uncle Ramon. He's going to be 76 years by August this year. I call him a classic player. I don't think he will ever stop playing until he drops dead.
The oldest person I know who still plays poker is my late grandfather’s brother. He is 81 years old and continues to play poker online. He enjoys it as a pastime, especially since he lives only with his son.

Born in Cape Girardeau on the Mississippi River on December 8, 1950, Ronald Lloyd Wall was the quintessential riverboat gambler. Eventually, he made his way out to Las Vegas, which is where he became “The Duke of Fremont Street.” To flop quad aces live for high hand jackpot while living in Vegas as a street performer often laugh an say to myself that poker is such an incredibly hard game, and I give myself permission to be the pain. Feel Blessed to meet an play at the same table of the like of John Davis Gaughan, Sr. (October 24, 1920 – March 12, 2014) was a casino owner and operator from the early 1950s in Las Vegas, Nevada. A guest to his birthday party at the EL Cortez casino was a highlight of learning to play the game many many years ago
I know a man in his late 70s who still plays poker a lot. I'm really impressed with how good he is, especially for his age! His skills and knowledge are amazing, proving that love for the game can last forever.
