When you lose a buy-in or bullet. How long does it usually take for you to get over it, and play a next game?

Usually it doesn't bug me, but during downswings I'm more hesitant to keep using bullets to try and make my bankroll back.

My recovery from losing games is always between thirty minutes to one hour. When I'm in that situation, I pause to rest my mind then refocus on remembering that losses naturally occur. The downswing period makes me take additional time to evaluate my technique and approach before reentering the game again.

Losing a buy-in usually doesn't bother me, but I’m more cautious about firing more bullets too quickly during downswings.

It is not easy, especially if the loss is very big. However, when I make a huge loss, I try to reduce my expenses so that I can make up to the losses another away around
