    Being in control of your mind is very important when you are losing. I don't know how to put it, but learning to stop when the losses are much higher is also a better way to approach it

    Losing is normal when it comes to poker. There is no way that you are going to win all. However, analysing your game over a longer time say a month should give you an idea whether you are on the rise or losing more than expected.

    This is the same with me. I can't dare to lose sleep because of a game. It doesn't make any sense to me at all. I would rather enjoy my sleep while I continue ranting about a loss once I wake up. There is no point in losing sleep when I can rant about it before sleeping or do so after sleeping.

    I don't joke about taking some days off when I am not getting the desired results out of the games that I am playing. This is the same with poker as once I noticed that I am feeling burned out, the basic thing to do is to relax and stay off for a couple of days or even weeks.

    I have never cried as a result of winning or losing in poker. Yes, losing will surely hurt, but I don't see any reason for me to begin to cry as a result of that. It is quite unnecessary for me and not something that I would do. I aim to keep my emotions in check at all times.
