What's the best thing about getting older?
Not worrying about my dress code, as I will go to the store in my slippers if just to run in and out and in my younger years, I would not dare step out of the house in them and look like I was ready to go to a concert , not anymore. What's the best way to deal with stress or anxiety?
Some times I bring on my own stress and sometimes others do. I always say, either your part of the problem or part of the solution. You have to eliminate the stress causing the anxiety and usually a repeat of "Shitts Creek" loosens up the stress and then just have a plan and it will all fall...- bonita
