    Some people are born with mental toughness, it comes naturally to them. However, some people, who does not have it by birth, can train their mind and built mental toughness. They can do various kinds of mental exercise to build mental toughness.

    I play better when I am confident and when I am unsure, I don't play well because being unsure affects my decision making power. Confidence helps me muster courage, it equips me with some sort of certainly. I don't play until I feel confident enough to play.

    Losing messes with my confidence, not just at the table but even afterwards. In the day I lose, I feel down and I don't like to talk to people. However, the feeling is temporary, it does not last too long.

    How do you handle the "adrenaline crash" after a big win?

    I am not against gloating over my wins, if I experience adrenaline rush after a big win, I will let that experience get strong hold of me. I don't win frequently, and even when I win, it is a very small sum, therefore, when I finally win big, I just celebrate it.
