    I think managing downswings is about staying consistent and not overreacting. I’d focus on making good decisions rather than short-term results, take breaks when needed, and remind myself that variance is normal and temporary in any skill-based game.

    My account hasn't been frozen. I have done Verification if it is required for withdrawal or deposit. I don’t involve in any kind of fraudulent activities

    I usually play on PC. I have once or twice played on mobile app but I don't like playing on mobile. That's because mobile being portable I might end up playing more, which I don't want.

    I play occasionally and online poker has never pissed me off. I don't win frequently but I mainly pay for entertainment as as long as I find it fun, I will continue to play.

    This has happened to me a couple of times but fault was with my own Internet connection rather than the site itself..

    I don’t think someone should be banned just for using a VPN. A lot of people like to use VPN for privacy concerns.

    I might not be able to make a living by playing poker but I know a lot of people who play various card games aa a profession. Taking something like poker as a profession is too risky for me.

    As long as I get my money, I can trust any site that does not require ID verification . But due to fraudulent activities many sites require verification

    At what point do you decide to "move down" in stakes to rebuild?

    I move down when my bankroll no longer comfortably supports my current stakes. A common rule is dropping down if I lose enough buy-ins that I fall below the recommended range for that level. I don’t wait until I’m forced out, I adjust early to protect what’s left.
