    I think poker can be a respectable profession if it’s treated like real work. That means studying, managing risk, staying disciplined, and thinking long term. It becomes less about chasing luck and more about skill, consistency, and professional decision-making.

    Poker mixes luck and skill because luck decides short-term cards, while skill shapes long-term results. You can play perfectly and still lose one hand, but over many hands, better decisions, discipline, and reading opponents usually win out over random chance.

    I see slow rolling as poor poker etiquette when it’s done on purpose. It doesn’t add strategy, it just creates frustration at the table. Poker is competitive enough already, and respect for other players helps keep the game enjoyable.

    I enjoy both, but poker feels far more competitive because you’re constantly adapting to real opponents and their decisions. Solitaire is more personal and puzzle-like, while poker adds pressure, psychology, bluffing, and the challenge of outthinking other players.

    I play with small amount and when I lose it is usually a small amount. I play for fun and it has never created any issue in my home

    Yes, if I have won substantial amount. But winning substantial amount is rate, so I don’t frequently tip the dealer.

    I frequently meet people at home game who become mad once they start losing. People who only play for money usually lose control

    I was almost scammed. I had known this guy for sometime and one day he recommended me a poker. I joined and almost deposited funds. But later I found it was a unlicensed sites and this guy was only looking forward earn commission

    I think the best cash game players average more consistent daily or weekly profit. Top tournament players can earn bigger scores, sometimes dramatically bigger, but their results are often much swingier.

    I need smartphone all the time, even when there is. I intwrnet connection I need my phone with me.

    I can go without WiFi very long. I once traveled to remote areas and was away for 30 days without Internet
