I see merit on both sides to be honest, poker isnt a team sport its more of a battle within yourself so it is good to celebrate and share success photos as long as its done respectfully. the undiserables or whatever are in all aspects of life not just poker, dont be silly and send money to...
Thank you very much for the privilage and opportunity to be apart of the PCF team, I really enjoy it in here and hope to be of some service to you all, LFG and crush the felt as always!
In recent years ive learnt to write notes properly but i mainly observe then assign a color 1st. anything out of the ordinary is noted for future spots. good to note some players early in mtts just incase you come to the same kind of spot near or at an FT. i used to note players in sngs often...
it depends on the situation, i always try my best when i can but sometimes in homegames even micro stakes i dont take too seriously and find myself having calculated punts in spots. i have no issue blinding down so patience is key to be honest
there have been "superuser" accounts on some sites in the past but i dont think online poker is rigged in general, it may feel like it at times but you have a choice on every street to play/beat the game, just because you have AA dont mean you go all in every hand and win, this is why we love...
wow thats alot of accounts, i remember talk of only real names being used but thats only a couple sites and high rollers (online) it wont be too long til something like HCaptcha is implemented in my honest opinion, it needs to happen for integritys sake.
There is no one to police this, all sites have issues with bots/multi accounting/chip dumping or anything shady. this is impossible online but in recent years players have been banned/black listed from event/series in live games but thats 2 different worlds really
Jake Paul has the gift of the gab and knows how to market himself, Anthony Joshua "should" win hands down but you never know in boxing these days. money talks more than skill sadly. i wish he would fight Joseph Parker so we can show him how we do it in the South Pacific lol. the Auntys down here...
before i had kids i could/would 6-8 table mainly sngs, 2 tables is a sweet spot but i normally have 4 up atm. 2 of them im focusing on 100% and the other 2 not so much, i stagger reg and game types so they wont really be overlapping in the deep thinking stages of a game. its ok to have 2x FTs up...
Wow bro!!! thank you for the opportunities @Bawse lets all hope for a big August and plenty of action out in the streets. Daily grind is actually awesome with the rotating games. cant think of any ideas atm you covered all bases but if i have a moment of genius ill let you know 🫡
gamblers are gamblers and love chance, winning poker players are taking calculated risks and in control of their destiny more i think. there is a method of madness to poker players risk even if it looks out of control at times. gambling is instant gratification, poker is a longterm grind to me
im similar to this and dont really study anymore, if there is something specific to look at ill take a look, i started studying when 9yo son was born so i didnt have to deposit money to play. i was given $50 to make do and if it didnt work id forget about cards. lucky im still here 9 years later...
ive played a long time and pretty open with talking poker strategy, you can lead a horse to water but you cant make them drink. ive helped a few players over the years but the thing is, i have soo much "useless" knowledge i take for granted that if the right questions are asked ill give you the...
Ive read a poker book called "mammoth book of poker" and the sessions after it were some of my biggest winning mtt sessions ever (2015) in more recent times i found twitch during lockdown watching Fortnite clips on YT. during covid i noticed it was the same crushers at the same FTs every single...
i dont think all tight players will/would be profitable players long term, they have a shot and would play longer than someone that punts but card distribution doesnt really work like that in my experience. there are stages of mtts that require you to play nitty but you also need to know where...
