    Cool thread @rodvney67, ive been an insomniac most of my adult life, 1st job out of school i was a chef that worked breakfast/evening splits so there was only a few hours downtime in the early morning, anyhow....i can grind 24hours + often and the longer the sessions go the better i get it feels...
