    I was watching highlights and I just noticed something funny. Why is that almost every serious poker player is always on hoodie? 😂 sometimes, they had a cap and dark sunglasses. It has almost become a uniform. Maybe it helps their concentration or maybe people just like to dress that way.

    Personally i like small gist around the table because of the silence is too much, it makes everywhere feel too quiet. It's a pity that so many people don't even know when to stop. They will begin giving fake advice, distracting players or talking over every decision. Is this actually right?

    My study sessions are not too formal. some days I watch some strategy videos, another day I review one or two difficult hands that confused me. I don't really believe that playing nonstop automatically means improvement. Sometimes when you stop to think helps more.

    It's friends and people who keep home games alive, it's not only about the cards. if everybody is respectful and could laugh at themselves after bad beats, people will keep coming back.

    Mine started through friends. I was invited by a friend and before i knew it we already had regular sessions. That is why word of mouth is still very powerful than many adverts. forums and discord communities are good too, but recommendation from someone you know carries different weight.

    I do enjoy home games even more than public tournaments most times because the atmosphere is lighter. you could gist, laugh and still play good poker. Public tournaments has their own excitement, no doubt, but the tension is higher.

    Yeah, micro-stakes are quite boring to some people but I honestly prefer low buy-ins for online home games. Everybody relaxes more because the pressure is quite low. But once the stakes climb too high, conversations reduce and your faces begin too much seriousness.

    Leaderboards can actually motivate you to some extent but only if they are fair. If it only rewards only people that practically play for twenty four hours every day, the average players will lose interest very quickly.

    Payment methods matter a lot. If depositing is very easy but withdrawing was difficult, that site does not deserve my time. I've avoided platforms before simply because people kept complaining about delays and unnecessary excuses.

    Yes, reviewing old hands help more than many players think. During the game, your emotions can hide mistakes from you, but once everything calms down, you will begin to see where greed or impatience creeped in.

    Many people think cards and graphics is the most difficult part. keeping everything fair behind the scenes sounds even harder. The random number generation, anti-cheat systems, payment security, handling thousands of users, that's more difficult.

    Online poker can feel fresher if the sites focus more on community instead of only promotions. If they focus more on small achievements, better chat options that doesn't become toxic, smoother mobile experience, it would be easier to learn for beginners.
