ACR suppose to state the reason for the discontinuation of their services to Louisiana and Mississippi players. I think they have very poor PR and very poor communication skills! Secondly, they suppose allow the players from the aforementioned area to withdraw their funds. I think they deserve some legal actions to bring their senses to order.
