Always wanted to try?

What is something you've always wanted to try but you've not tried it yet? Why haven't you gotten around to trying it yet?

Hmm... I'll go with surfing, I've never done that.

There are a lot of things that I want to try but haven't tried them yet. One of those things is to go on a cross country motorbike ride. Before I can do that I need a lot of money to buy Royal Enfield motorbike.
