Every poker player has leaks, but not all leaks come from bad strategy. Sometimes the biggest problems are mental-tilting after a bad beat, playing too aggressively after losing a big pot, chasing losses, or making decisions based on frustration rather than the situation at the table.
What makes these leaks difficult to fix is that they can overlap with strategic mistakes. For example, a player might know they should fold a marginal hand, but their mindset convinces them to make the call anyway. Over time, those decisions can become expensive habits.
What do you think is your biggest poker leak right now: a strategic leak or a mental-game leak? How have you identified it, and what are you doing to fix it?
