If you count betting on MMA/UFC. My biggest best was $60 on Jorge Masvidal to beat Usman in their first fight.
I didn't bet on the rematch. I usually bet less than $20, unless I feel like trying to get lucky.

I bet that Nigeria will win Nation's cup against Ivory coast. I place bet of $100 in that single match. The game seem very sure but at the end of the game, i lost a whooping hundred dollars. Nigeria have won againt ivory coast in the group stage and have best performance in the tournament. In gambling, nothing is sure.

I understand your point so well. Even with careful analysis, things can happen that make the decisions that are supposed to yield even the best analysis worthless. It is a good reminder that one should not be too attached to betting.
