In your opinion, what’s the biggest mistake people make when using poker software (wrong focus, lack of structure, over-reliance, etc.)?

Yes, one of the biggest mistake is that people think buying software automatically means improvement. Things does not work like that. You could spend hours checking graphs instead of reviewing your actual mistakes. I have seen people collect every stat but still tilt after two bad beats.
