What are Dana White’s smartest moves as UFC president (signings, events, promotions), and what are his biggest mistakes that people don’t talk about enough?

The number one thing nobody can take from dana white is vision. UFC today is not the UFC from years ago. He helped turn something many people saw as niche into global monster. That's a serious business achievement to be honest.

Personally, I would say that his biggest business decision mistake in running UFC would be overprotecting John Jones. There are so many fights Jon Jones should have taken but Dana White tried to protect him and stop him from doing that so he will not lose his winning streak.
