Do you get easily distracted?

I often get sidetracked or distracted when I’m trying to get things done. I usually need either silence or music to stay productive.

How about you, are you easily distracted?

Getting easily distracted is something that happens a lot to me, and as much as I dislike it, it is a habit I guess I would call it, that I am trying to get out of.

I would say it is more procrastination than distraction. I tend to be on one task, and then I realise I have moved to another suddenly.

I find that music helps a great deal when it comes to helping me stay focused, but I still have a long way to go.

Yes, I do get easily distracted especially by social media. Sometimes in the middle of work when I feel bored I decide to check social media for a few minutes to relax and I end up watching for over an hour.

I’m guilty. I get distracted quite a bit especially with sports so this time of year can be very stressful but in off season I do find that music is what I turn.

Yes, I do get distracted easily. However, I am slowly getting better at re-focusing when distractions occur, and being able to finish what I'm doing instead of not finishing up certain things.

I get distracted but I can also bring my concentration back to my work easily. I don't get distracted for a long time.

Distraction is my daily bread . I could open laptop to work, next thing I am already checking my WhatsApp, then one gist would take me to Twitter

There are days where i actually easily get distracted especially when i am trying to sort out multiple things at once, then there are days I don't get easily distracted.
