Do you think that tipping do influence poker dealers in game of poker?

Tipping can influence poker dealers from taking necessary step in poker game especially taking disciplinary actions against erring players. A dealer that rely on tipping can likely keep silent out of fear it will affect poker players that do tip him generously.
Don't you think poker dealers are unduly influenced by tips.
 
I don't think tipping really influences how dealers run the game. they're pretty professional about staying neutral. But it probably makes them more friendly and chatty with good tippers, which can make the atmosphere better. Good dealers won't cheat or show favoritism, but they might just be nicer to work with.
