I don't know about you, but wires often stress me out, and I often think to myself, I sometimes wish that most things were wireless to prevent us from having a ton of wires everywhere. No matter how much I try to keep my wires tidy, there are always a few that end up astray.

Do you think we will ever see an age where we will have only wireless devices? Could this even be possible, given that wireless would need charging quite a lot?

Do you think we could cope with only wireless technology in the future?

My internet is wired but I can go for wireless if I want. I have IPTV, and this is also a wired service but if I want, I can go for completely wireless service. I use mobile phone, which is wireless service. I think a lot of things can be used without cables.

I never thought I would see the wireless abilities that we have today. In fact, I didn’t even go wireless as far as purchasing a cell phones until 2009 to be exact.😱

As nice as a fully wireless world sounds, I don't think we'll ever get rid of wires completely. Somebody still has to charge all those wireless devices. Sometimes one simple cable saves you plenty of stress.

I get your point but still I stand with what I understand is going on around me. I mean I’ve dealt with two cable companies AT&T and Cox in the past year each one is now gone wireless.
If you insist on cable installations it’s going to cost and that’s not including the downtime. You have to wait for a technician or your appointment time there’s a four hour window …lol

I think that’s the direction the world is heading, everything will be wireless or Bluetooth. Elon Musk is working on Starlink, which I believe is aiming to provide global internet coverage from space.

Bro! Starlink is already working, even in the remote villages in Nigeria. But it's quite expensive.

I think for digital connections, we are already very far into the world of wireless. And we would have a time when every digital connection is wireless. That's the only connection that has a potential to be completely wireless.

I think we are already entering the age of wireless, we have tons of wireless things, we even have phones that uses wireless charging as well.
