Since my bank app started misbehaving last week, I've become extra careful tracking betting expenses 
because your money can disappear quietly if you’re not disciplined. I use notes on my phone to record stakes and wins. If sounds serious but betting without tracking is how people deceive themselves. You’ll think you’re winning meanwhile your account is crying silently. Last year, i checked properly and realized i have spent enough on bets to buy decent groceries.
