Do you remembed the first time you played poker?

I played a home game in my parents garage the first time I ever played poker, and it was also when I had my first beer.

I remember having beginners luck and winning. It was a $5 buy-in, they paid my buy-in lol.

After I watched several games played by my uncle and his crew of cronies, I thought I was ready to play.... I drew up on my uncle, he took the challenge, even though I was teenager using fishing equipment for currency, he then commenced to beat the dogshit outta me and take all my gear.
I got better after that.

My own first time was not a sweet story like yours 😂. I entered one small gaming centre thinking it's gonna be a easy money and within 30 mins my small cash had vanished. I was pretending to be the smart guy without experience. 🤣

I do remember the very first time I played poker. It was around 2005 when I first played poker, and I remember it being on a gambling site. They offered both a free version and a paid version, and I spent a lot of time playing the free version while learning how to play.

I don't play poker as much anymore now, and if I went back, would more than likely have to do a lot of learning again.

First time i played poker was on the Internet, and i was extremely loss, i could not understand a single thing.
Till date, i still find it abit hard to play poker to some extent.

Well, if I remembered correctly, it should be around 2019-2020 that was when I played poker for the first time. It was when COVID was hot, I needed something to keep myself engaged, have fun and make money too.

I think it was in 2017. I was hired to work on a casino forum where I was supposed to join casinos, play games and then write reviews. That's when I tried poker for the first time. Before playing Poker I had tried a lot of card games, and I fount Poker to be quite entertaining.
