There are a couple of podcasts I have listened to, but I got hooked on a podcast about personal growth. It really changed the way I perceived life. Some of those advice are simple but it carries a lot of weight. I'm so happy to hear from real people talk about the struggle they've gone through and how they are able to overcome those challenges.
