Session tracking and analyzing my hand histories have shed so much light on my game. I've finally understood some patterns that I had formed and some aspects in which I can improve. Closing these leaks makes my game tighter and leaves less room for poor decisions. That's not to say it won't be hard, but the benefits are well worth it.
 
I think it could be done through analyzing past hands and tracking sessions. With this, one can trace patterns in one's game and even the leaks present in it.
