When you have a tough hand, it can ruin your focus, which might ultimately lead you to make reckless decisions. I see some players take breaks so that they can come with a strong mindset. I have also seen players change tables, and even tighten their play. How do you handle it, what methods normally help you regain control and prevent one unlucky hand from destroying your entire session?

If I’m playing a tournament, which I usually am, I might have a smoke or a small drink to take the edge off and ease frustration. I think it’s important to enjoy the experience, and that mindset can actually help lead to better results.
