When people ask me about poker, I usually say it’s a lot like solving small problems over and over again. You never have all the information, so you make the best decision you can.

Explaining poker to non-players is harder than we think. Once you mention money, they immediately think of a casino addict. I usually tell people poker is basically psychology, patience and probability mixed together.

I tell them, you need a little bit of luck and a lot of skill

I am not very good player, therefore, I am not in a position to give advice to other players. However, I can give few tips to newbies based on my experience. I tell them to learn technicalities and also control their emotions.
