How do you invite new players to your home game?

I do it slowly and carefully too because one wrong invite can spoil your plans. I'd rather have a beginner who is respectful than an expert who creates tension everywhere and spoil the mood of the game.
 
I usually invite people through friends who already play. That way, there's already a level of trust, and new players know what to expect. I also make it clear that the game is meant to be friendly and enjoyable.

My family and friends know me very well once you enter my home you play by my rules No negativity no politics and no religion topics no haters!
 
I usually invite people I already know or who come recommended by friends. I let them know the stakes, the atmosphere, and that the goal is to have a good time. I don’t invite strangers
