I remembered feeling that back pain when playing online game for long. I know someone who also complained after sitting for almost 11 hours straight for one tournament and his waist nearly locked. This casino chair should be orthopedic but they are not. They cause serious pain.

Many of the chairs are made for long use.

Surveillance personnel usually get dispatch chairs. Those cost around $3000 a chair but they need to be comfortable.

I cannot imagine to play casino games for 12 hours straight, but I sometimes work for 12 hours straights. I have economical chair, I take a few minutes breaks every few hours, and I also do some stretchering when I take a break. Probably this also helps with playing casino games for 12 hours.

I don't think that I am going to sit in one place for that long playing any type of game at this age. It is unhealthy and I will surely develop back pain afterwards.

I could sit for that long, but I would need breaks to move my butt lol

I can understand some professional players might be playing for hours but I am not sure if anyone would be playing poker for 12 hours straight.

Staying seated for that long can have a negative effect on your health, especially when it comes to blood circulation. The best way to avoid this would be to take breaks where you can frequently stand up and stretch your legs.

I don't play for more than 2 hours and I also don't know anyone who plays for 12 hours. But I can imagine some professional gamblers might play that long. Sitting for that long is unhealthy but if someone does this, they will have to leave their chair frequently and do some body stretching
