Some people act like online reads does not matter. Online can expose people badly if you pay attention. One guy used to snap-call weak hands. After noticing it, I started playing with caution. Overreading can destroy you too.

Without physical tells, online players rely on betting patterns, timing, and statistics. How much weight do you give to reads compared to fundamental strategy?
I don’t use any of those. I rely on what I’ve learned from them after all it’s pretty much like being roommates we’re together several hours if not all day every day and that’s not just that one site.smdh

Table reads are important in online cash games, however, it isdifferent from live poker. Since you can’t see physical tells, you need to pay more attention to betting patterns, timing, position, and how players react in certain situations.

I think table reads matter even in online games. Even without physical tells, you can learn a lot from how someone bets, how often they enter pots, and whether they adjust to different opponents. Those patterns often become your biggest source of information.
