Do you wake up frequently wake up in the night to probably go today bathroom before it is morning? I know some people that doesn't wake up to urinate until it's morning once they go to bed.
How many times do you normally wake up in the night?
It is very rare that I fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. I tend to wake at least once or twice through the night, usually between 4 - 5 am I have noticed.
Normally lose count. I sustained a number of injuries, including some that involved nerve damage, in my young adulthood. So, yah, I wake up a lot. No fun, but such is life.

If I have to get up to take a piss, I have no choice but to wake, and that can be a few times in the night.
I don't sleep on a stretch, I do in bits. So I wake up multiple times before morning. Some only wake up to use the bathroom. But some people sleep all through the night. Mine isn't like that. I can sleep anytime.

I usually sleep very well. Sometimes, I wake up only once before morning and sometimes it's only twice. Unless something is keeping me up, I sleep just fine.

If that's happening to you very often, I think you should do a sleep study. It's going to help know how to start working on getting you back on track with sleeping well.
