I think it's smarter to invest in crypto when the market crashes and then wait for it to go back up. I'd personally stick with the more established coins like BTC, Bitcoin Cash, ETH, or LTC. I've seen a lot of scams in crypto, and plenty of new coins don't end up lasting very long.
