Is casino and gambling business, the most profitable business ever?

Casino and gambling business is one of the most profitable business you can think of but i doubt if it is the most profitable business ever. In my personal assertion, i think oil and gas business, transportation, construction, computing technologies, automobiles, pharmaceutical, agriculture etc.

Well, casinos and gambling are not the most profitable businesses. Sure it is profitable but if you are looking for the most profitable business, you've got to go into oil and gas or even real estate.

Owning a casino or just a bet shop is guaranteed to make you a millionaire within six months. The demand for casinos is inelastic and would always sell. A physical casino in my city doesn't need much advertising it starts getting massive patronage.

Always seem like a casino is always going up, so yeah, I would say it has some profit to it.

I don't think real estate do make the kind of money gambling companies makes. Gambling is money spinning machine. I can bet that betting houses use to make millions in a day.
